A luxurious pillowtop mattress made just for you. The Unity Pillowtop natural mattress has four 3″ layers: it is simply the 3-layer Serenity organic mattress with the Harmony latex topper on top. The Harmony’s single soft layer, in its separate Savvy Rest organic casing, creates an extra-luxurious surface. Our organic pillowtop mattresses are: GOTS-certified organic Manufactured in a GOTS-certified facility Ideal for side sleepers and those who need extra pressure relief Customized on each side for couples (Queen, King, California King only) Optional: Latex layers individually wrapped in organic cotton jersey knit fabric. of Soft, Medium, or Firm Dunlop and/or Talalay natural latex. For example: Harmony Cloud The separate Harmony topper creates a blissful, embracing feel. Soft Talalay makes the plushest pillowtop. Soft Dunlop is comfortably soft, a bit firmer. A Harmony can top any configuration; here, Talalay is layered over a stable core. Gentle Firm Embrace The Unity’s pillowtop layer adds a plush, comforting feel. Soft Talalay is most commonly chosen. Left: A sublime, cloud-like surface for petite adults. Right: Gentle pressure relief gives way to firm support. Opposites Attract An all-Talalay mattress can work for all types of sleepers. Left: Our softest recommendation. An extra layer of luxury With a fourth layer of plush natural latex in its own certified organic casing, the Unity Pillowtop offers even more options for those looking to create a cloud-like retreat. The detached casing magnifies the pressure relief and allows for customization should you need it down the road. Natural latex True natural latex, without synthetic latex or fillers blended in, is simply natural foam rubber. We offer two different types of natural latex: Dunlop and Talalay. Dunlop is denser and more supportive. Talalay offers softness and gentle pressure-relief. (Learn more about Dunlop and Talalay here. ) Our natural Dunlop latex is certified organic in two ways. The rubber tree plantations are certified organic according to USDA standards, and its processing is certified organic to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS). Our natural Talalay latex has been certified as Cradle to Cradle GOLD, a measure of its health impact, level of material re-use, water stewardship, and social fairness. The latex is sourced from rubber tree plantations that adhere to sustainable forestry practices. Certified organic wool You’ll never find chemical flame retardants in our organic mattresses. Instead, we use GOTS-certified organic wool batting as a natural flame barrier. Wool also regulates temperature by promoting airflow, so it will not cause you to feel overheated at night. Certified organic cotton We stay away from cotton treated with pesticides since this is harmful to our bodies and the planet. Our mattress casings are made of unbleached, GOTS-certified organic cotton. When you see that GOTS logo, it means that material or overall product has met the most rigorous organic standard worldwide. Individually Wrapped Latex Option We now give our customers the option to have their latex layers individually wrapped in organic cotton. Some may prefer the more sleek and easier-to-handle benefits of covered latex.
